We offer a variety of classes that change daily, in order to keep your fitness program fresh and exciting. Our fitness program includes the following classes:
BodyFitMD Sweat (HIIT) : In our HIIT class, you will rotate through short bursts of cardio and strength training rounds, mostly using bodyweight dynamic movements in order to target your anaerobic heart rate zone and fast-twitch muscular power.
With mini active recovery periods in between, you'll be burning calories in excess. The goal is to fluctuate between your aerobic and anaerobic zones of training as we take you through a warm up, 3 to 5 rounds, and a fun challenge. Join in for either a 30 minute or 45 minute session.
BodyFitMD Steel & Stilettos: Steel & Stilettos is a fusion fitness program. This program is a unique blended balance of body weight strength training, cardiovascular exercise & sexy movements; with an emphasis on confidence building.
BodyFitMD Stretch (Yoga) : Breathe. Move. Relax.
Our signature yoga-style class is a great compliment to any work out and for any body type.
In this class, you'll first get centered with breathing techniques followed by a smooth warm-up using lunges and warrior poses. We'll peak with a touch of core focus and balancing postures while aiming to increase your range of motion. Each class then finishes with relaxing stretches, final resting pose, and chilled lavender towels.
We recommend taking this class at least twice per week in order to balance your body, increase your flexibility, and calm your mind.
